ROBY TRADE is a free B2B marketplace that connects professional suppliers and distributors. The platform is not a party to the sales contracts concluded between its members.
Registration is reserved for professionals (companies, self-employed). Each account is confirmed with a code received by SMS or email; a mobile number can only carry one confirmed account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
A supplier can only publish once their company is verified (complete profile, official national register, website). The badge attests that the company exists in the registers; it guarantees neither product quality nor the fulfilment of orders.
An order placed on ROBY TRADE is a purchase intention that opens a conversation between the two companies. The platform collects no payment, holds no money and plays no part in delivery. Price, shipping costs, lead times and payment method are agreed directly between supplier and distributor. The version of these terms accepted at the time of the order is kept with it.
Registration, publishing, search and messaging are free. Only promoting a product (€10 per day, €30 per week, VAT included) is paid, by card via Stripe; an invoice is provided.
ROBY TRADE may warn a member, unpublish a product, revoke a badge or suspend an account, temporarily or permanently, in case of a breach, a substantiated report or suspected fraud. The reason is communicated to the person concerned.
ROBY TRADE provides the platform “as is” and cannot be held liable for commercial disputes between members, product defects or financial losses linked to a payment made off the platform.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the platform falls under the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory rules applying to professionals established elsewhere.
