The company number in the country’s official register (CBE/KBO and VIES for Belgium and the European Union), a complete profile (address, phone, business email) and the existence of the declared website. The badge guarantees neither product quality nor the completion of an order.
ROBY TRADE does not collect payments, does not hold money in escrow, does not ship and does not insure goods. An order is a purchase intention that opens a conversation: the contract is made between the two companies. Nobody on our team will ever ask you for a payment by message.
First write to the other party in the order conversation and set a deadline for a reply. Then report the conversation with the appropriate reason: we keep the messages and can sanction the account. If you have already paid, contact your bank immediately to attempt a recall of the funds. File a complaint with the police or your country’s official contact point; we pass on to the authorities whatever the law allows us to share.
